The Conference will take place at Aula Nuova del Sinodo in Vatican City on April 26-28, 2018.

Arrival and Departure
Participants are encouraged to arrive on Wednesday, April 25 and depart on Sunday, April 29, 2018.

Hotel and Logistics
Most conference participants will stay at designated hotel and rooms must be booked through the conference organizers with discounted rates. Alternative accommodations are available upon request.

Conference Attire
Conference attire will be business, no jeans requested. Pants are acceptable for women, as are skirts and dresses that fall to at least the knees. Dresses and tops should not be low-cut and shoulders should be covered by a jacket or sweater if a sleeveless dress or top is worn. We suggest you wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes for the duration of the conference.
